Presto is a specialized software that we use designed for school music programs. It assists in keeping track of student finances, fundraising, and inventory assignments.
Important things about Presto:
Any financial balances from the previous year will automatically be carried forward into the new year.
Parents will need to set up a new email and login info in order to access your account. Welcome emails sent at the beginning of the year will have a link to do this.
No system is perfect, and things may not always transfer smoothly. Please feel free to let us know if you experience anything that doesn't seem quite right.
All payments received, or funds raised by fundraisers, by the Grandview Band Boosters are considered donations. As a non-profit, our boosters are not allowed "cash-out" students with excess balances. Funds raised in this way may only be applied to future band program costs. They are considered donations and may not be withdrawn as cash.
